Business Development Associate

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

  1. Client Facing – charismatic communicator who can translate our offerings effectively to clients.
  2. Reactive to opportunities - When opportunities start coming up, we are one of the first in line to hear about it.
  3. Creating new channel partner alliances and managing & maintaining our existing partner alliances.
  4. Willing to travel throughout India and expand the existing business.
  5. Attend to sales enquires, generate sales quotations and provide detailed technical advice on products.
  6. Technology Savvy – Understand the landscape of our business. Great knowledge on digital is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Graduate degree in any field, preferably engineering, business or communications.
  2. 1-2 years of experience of selling ERP / Software to business houses with good understanding of the concepts which are fundamental to the make-up of our business.
  3. Good command over spoken and written English, along with any other widely spoken language.
  4. Can adapt to a fast-paced environment – nimble and ability to manage and prioritize workflow.

Sales Executive

Support Engineer

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

  1. Provides technical installation support to field technicians.
  2. Resolves customer application questions or problems regarding system configurations/setup, product functionality and/or bugs enhancements through both onsite and offsite support.
  3. Communicates project status, deliverables, priorities and contingencies.
  4. Acts as liaison between project team members, customers and installation team to ensure project is implemented seamlessly.
  5. Troubleshoots, diagnoses and applies logical solutions to installation problems.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Graduate degree, preferably engineering, business or communications / HSc. from any stream.
  2. Tech savvy (must be able to operate computers and laptops with ease).
  3. Can adapt to a fast-paced environment – nimble and ability to manage and prioritize workflow.
